I used to believe that shutting the businesses down entirely was a "cut off your nose to spite your face" type deal, but on reflection, if they're not going to employ workers legally anyway then wth not? Maybe when a few others see businesses go down they'll learn there are consequences.

Well, I don't know. My six year old grandson recently said he wanted to be the "school janitor" when he grows up. That came right after he gave up the "garbage truck" job.........

There are Americans who can only be janitors since they dont have the smarts to do better. Why should those jobs, which can pay well with bennies go to illegal aliens?
