Bush Leaves Mexico With Optimism, but No Agreements

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/03/15/wo...=1&oref=slogin

Felipe Calderon had his press conference with President Bush yesterday, and it's clear who wears the pants in our relationship with Mexico.

Default Just the handshake is wrong

Just dealing with other countries over our in house policys lets you know that Bush is more concerned with other interests other than our country. I could care less what goes on with Mexico any dealing we have had, done or are doing with other countries is what is hurting us.

Is the entire world run by a few men on the top floor of DF's Torre Latinoamericana?
"The Protocols of the Elders of Aztlan", anyone?
As if we already didn't know Boortz was a loony....

All you need is to look around, the cost of illegals is overwelming to the tax payers, if we only had the people who wanted a job, learn english and become a contributing citizen then it would be okay. It's not like that at all.

The sheer numbers of illegals will still wipe out the middle class into poverty, even if they all became contributing citizens. This is what happens in large populations of the world.

Felipe Calderon had his press conference with President Bush yesterday, and it's clear who wears the pants in our relationship with Mexico. Some interesting tidbits came out in the meeting with the media...such as Calderon has family in the United States, supposedly legally. And illegal aliens send $20 billion back to their country from the United States. Hmmmmmm ... I wonder if that's after-tax money? There are also some interesting statistics about the Mexican invasion of America.

One in 10 Mexican citizens lives in the U.S. Repeat ... 1 in 10! Half of the 4 million people that live in Calderon's home state are here in the United States. The $20 billion they send home is second only to oil revenue as the #1 national source of income. Unbelievable. At yesterday's press conference, Calderon lied, when speaking about the illegals: "We want them to come back; we want them to find jobs here in Mexico. We miss them. These are our best people. These are bold people, they're young, they're strong, they're talented." Uh-huh....right. He forgot to add that they're also criminals. All of them. Every single Mexican who illegally crosses into the U.S. is a criminal.

Oh ... and don't forget that these criminal aliens are responsible for about 25 deaths a day in this country .. half by violent crime and half by drunk driving.

If all of the illegal aliens in the United States went back to Mexico (a scenario we can only dream about,) then Mexico wouldn't get the $20 billion, plus Mexico would then have a huge social services problem trying to take care of them. And despite all of this, there stands President Bush at the press conference...agreeing with everything Calderon says. In fact, Bush opposes the border fence and wants to give amnesty to all of the illegals in the United States.

It's now evident that Mexico runs our border policy...not us. The corrupt Mexican politicos tells us to jump...we ask how high. They complain about our border fence, Bush runs down to Mexico City and puckers up. Pathetic.(Neal Boortz)
Yes criminals and 1 in 4 have a past criminal record in Mexico, and Calderon wouldn't want them back anymore than Fox did as they are Mexico's number 2revenue. I'm wondering if these presidents actually think people believe some of these things they say, or are they trying to be politically correct in public? Or be facitious to each other?

Don’t forget to mention that they work for and earn every penny, and that they risk their lives to get those jobs. Oh, and also that part of the money they send to Mexico—I don’t know how much, but it must be a considerable part—is reinvested in the U.S.—so to speak—every time someone in Mexico buys a Coke, eats at McDonald’s or shops at Wal-Mart.

Nice hatemongering; keep it up.

Yeah, and this month alone one “alien” has died every day trying to cross the border. But hey, maybe they were drunk; Americans don’t drink.

And I suppose you’d be the first to plunge right in and do their former jobs, for equal pay.

Bush is a big fan of globalization. If we can get through the next year without losing any more of our sovereignty then we should be all right.

Patriotic Americans, join hands and send them illegals back home, or least prevent them from coming here. Why in the hell are our soldiers fighting in far-away foreign countries when this country need protection from the illegal invasion right here in our nation? You wouldn't it want you next-door neighbor to come and live in your illegally, would you? You wouldn't want them to come to your house and sell drugs and make you pay their medical bills, would you? It's the same idea, here. Actually, it's a lot worse. It's like your house x 12M. Fight for America, people. Fight for your house. Fight for your jobs. Fight for your culture. Fight for your language. Fight the illegal invasion. God bless y'all.

I see it more like putting out a "HELP WANTED" add and then expecting all aspiring maids and gardeners to jump a barbed-wired fence in order to get the job.
