Sounds like a threat

Quote:
“If these pieces of legislation pass, then there’s no question the impact is going to be immense,” said former state Sen. Alfredo Gutierrez, who was a key activist in calling for a boycott in the wake of passage of SB 1070 last year.
Quote:
“The idea of Arizona becoming, metaphorically, what Mississippi was during the civil rights movement, will be realized if these bills pass. And then this thing is going to go international.”
He failed to mentioned Blacks were Americans.

Lol! Yeah, like how the students vowed there'd be a revolution if the Dream Act wasn't passed? It's all a bunch of hot air no real threat

What are they going to boycott? Will they hold off spending their WIC coupons or food stamps for a day? Will they stay out of hospital ER's to spite us?

They all ought to do one big boycott, go home to their country and get to work improving it.

Really!!!

The last "boycott" didn't accomplish anything so I say go for it. Just like a "Day with out a Mexican" in LA a few years back= less crime and less traffic a few years ago, hopefully they can make it a "Future without Illegal Mexicans AND OTM's" and it would be a total win for the USA.

That was in 2004. I was still living in SoCal then. Everyone of their threats have only made bigger fools out of them.
That was funnier than SNL

I wished they would go to Mexico and threaten the government for changes. Just think about how wonderful it would be if Mexico were on the same economic level (well, in better days) as the USA and we could travel freely back and forth and they would not have to export their poor and desperate people here to protest.
