Yes, I have pointed out that Sheriff Baca is of Hispanic descent, to show that there are plenty of LEGAL Hispanic citizens who are also in favor of enforcing our immigration laws
I think this is similar to how france handles its illegal immigration problems but outside of those communities, it is like a third world country came to they're homeland. Your brother is right and these areas are very dangerous for non-immigrants (ie...natives) to enter. The same can be found throughout the UK and the Netherlands.

Simple: If a law is wrong, not only is it okay for them to disobey it, but they should disobey it.
