Talk about a slap-in-the-face and mismanagement. Instead of securing the borders to prevent people from easily becoming an "undocumented migrant," they'd rather spend money sending them back each year?
They admit that they are willing to spend our money even at "significant costs?
Another thing is that apparently the Mexican government is in on this. I wonder how much they are contributing, if any at all. Seems that the Mexican government always has some say in how we will spend our money. Aren't we in serious debt right now?
