The DREAM Act is ONLY for adults. Of course, when they promote the DA they always show innocent little kids. When was the last time you saw a child attending college or serving in our military?

We were all once children. Does that mean as adults we should be rewarded if our parents broke the law during our childhood? Of course not. But, that is precisely what the DREAM Act will do -- reward adult illegals for their parents’ lawlessness.

All the more reason not to pass it. It's a giant carrot for people to come here homing for some type of amnesty. Again.

Agree, and we need to turn the carrot into a nasty rotten tomato

Dreamies have NO right to be in the USA. If our low class people were in Mexico illegally demanding stuff, then Id agree with you. Just that our people are in our country legally so they have many more rights.

I just want to say AGAIN that there is no DOUBT what many illegal immigrants can achieve. We know that they are not stupid and that they are capable people once given the opportunity. But, there is the problem: there's no denying that many can achieve things, it's the fact that an example has to be set that you just can't illegally come into the country and expect to just go about your business. The levels of achievement are different. For some illegal immigrants, just having a job and surviving here is OK. Well, they are taking that job from someone who is legally here. For this Pulitzer Prize winner, could he have won that while based in another country?
