If they have brains they can achieve wonderful things back home in their own wonderful country and can work for the downtrodden of their own lands.

An example of law breakers doing as they please. What's winning a Pulitzer got anything to with it? All it shows to future generations that they don't have to follow the law, that they can jump the line to get what they want.
