Why can't the President be impeached for aiding illegals?

He should definitely be impeached for trying to selectively enforce US Federal laws and his treasonous lawsuits against US States for trying to do the job this Hispandering Idiot refuses to do.

I doubt you're seriously asking, but the Constitution provides for impeachment in cases of 1. treason, 2. bribery, 3. high crimes and misdemeanors.

So that's why.

What he has done is to tell HS that they should only deport convicted felons all the other illegals get to stay here. Not only that but he is advocating for illegals to be able to remain here via a future amnesty. I would say that both policies are aiding illegals.

And failing to protect the integrity of the borders of the United States falls under #3.
