OTOH, it wasn't their fault that they were brought here. Might as well not bar them from higher education.

Fine, reduce the legal immigration quotas by the equal amount of illegal that are being ignored. Therefore, you let everyone know who has to wait in line and follow the rules that .. hey, sometimes its not someone' fault that they are here illegally and that they have precedence over those who follow the rules.

But whatever, this country is going to be in a world of hurt for decades to come because of stupid policies like this .. Someone always has to 'pay'.. Nothing in life is free.

You're not in the right state of mind. If you are not the one paying, it is free.

I think everyone is paying right now in America .. Just because some people are too ignorant to know how doesn't change the fact.

So, let me rephrase your statement :
You're not in the right state of ignorance. If you don't know (due to ignorance) that you are not the one paying, it is free (in your mind).

It's certainly not OUR fault their criminal parents brought them over. Nor is it the fault of Americans who will be denied a college education because the illegals grab up the financial aid -- which will be easy for them with all that "undocumented" income their parents will not have to report when applying for financial aid.

College is just another freebie the illegals now demand.

It's not going to be free, where do you guys get this info? Anyway, haven't some states already started passing dream act type laws? Some of those states make them pay out of state tuition if I'm not mistaken.

Who do you think is going to pay for their college?

These students were always allowed to get foreign student visas - studying here was never the problem, as a foreign student visa is one of the easiest visas to get. What they want is to be legal so they can apply for financial aid. And with their families' undocumented income, they will be moved to the front of the financial aid lines.

Schools and colleges would be able to offer in-state tuition to these students, who would also be eligible to apply for federal financial aid.
