The fight against illegal immigration has accelerated over the last year from Arizona to, most recently, Alabama. States across the country have taken the responsibility that federal government has relinquished. Regular polling reveals that a majority of Americans favor halting the flow of illegal aliens across the border. Despite the wishes of the American people, neither party has effectively stood for the defense of our borders and our sovereignty. (http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=45621 - broken link)
Since both parties failed us, is the TEA PARTY our only hope?

Why is nobody responding to this ? Is the animosity (sp) so deep against the teaparty ? Is that the reason. Honest, sincere question.

Maybe they are afraid of the three Amigos on here.

If the Tea Party is against criminal illegal aliens, then I will support them on that platform.

To me it is a simple issue. I regard my Country like it is my house. I only let a few people into my house. As long as they honor and obey my rules they can stay.
If they don't, they have to leave. If someone enters my house without an invitation, they can not stay. No exception. My house, my rules.

I don't know all that the Teaparty stands for but I have read their mission statement on their website. They advocate for fiscal responsibility by our government by decreasing spending to match our revenues. I never read anything that implied that they are a racist organization.

My first choice is Herman Cain. He seems to be the best on immigration.

Too bad the republican base will NEVER allow a minority to be the republican nominee.

What utter nonsense. Since many minorities have held positions in the Republican party how can you say that? Pro-illeglals constantly call Republicans racist because they can't stand the fact that they want our immigration laws enforced and no amnesty. Why don't they just admit the truth?
