Ok then....please try to follow along here:

If I'm correct on this point then it applies to every single illegal who has been arrested but not deported and later gone on to kill an innocent victim.

Also, thanks for belittling me again. It shows your weakness and desperation.

Thank you, most of us get it.

The one good thing about this despicable incident is that my state will have one less illegal once he gets deported. IF he had tried to come here LEGALLY he would have had to undergo a BACKGROUND check and they might have found out what sort of person he was before he killed an innocent person.

That's after we pay the cost of his trial including an interpreter and his incarceration to the tune of about 30k per year. There is no winner here.

But you're still incorrect about "blood on their hands".

How do you figure? If they had been deported lives would have been spared and you don't want them deported.

Jesus. Where do you people get this garbage? Criminalized existence? If you want to live somewhere and use public services (and yes that would include roads) follow the laws pay the god damn taxes. It ain't that complicated.

Do you oppose deportation of citizens? If not, the blood of every person killed by citizens driving drunk is on your hands.

In other words, your reasoning is ridiculous and (as pointed out) just another excuse to demonize all illegals rather than just the individuals who actually kill people.

I support prosecution to the fullest extent of the law for any citizen who violates any law. Please cite the law that requires U.S. citizens to be deported. Are you in favor of deporting illegals who have been caught driving without a license? If you oppose deportation of people who should not be here then blood is on your hands when they kill people.
