I don't think anyone should have to supply one, citizen or not.

Some say, as does Henry Wade, that the border fence will just collect dust and that a fence does not work. Well, it does work. Since Yuma County built a fence, it has attained a 96 percent reduction of illegal border crossings in that sector.

Yes but the government directed by elites makes sure that illegals have plenty of openings to cross over here such as the 200 + miles where they go through that our government refuses to protect and where Americans are warned to stay away from, they recently took away the warning signs due to publicity.

The double layed fence was designated to be built on over 700 miles of our souther border in the most porous places. Those openings you refer to are the most dangerous and would funnel the illegal traffic to those remote areas. It is less attractive to come through more dangerous places and the Border Patrol could then concentrate their efforts in those places.

Your points make sense, so if the border patrol would focus their efforts in those remote places, but is a big IF. They say there are only 11 million illegals here now, I heard Bush say 12 million in 2005. Anything the government says regarding illegal immigration I tend not to believe it these days. I hope it happens just as you say.
