Some research needs doing to determine what, if anything, these people use. In my district it cost about $7000 a year to school a child. Babies born to undocumented workers can get about $750 a month in rent and food aid.
My local high school went from 8% reduced and free lunch to 65% in 9 years time. Nothing has changed regarding housing. No huge low income apartments, etc. The school population is now majority Hispanic.

This scene is playing out throughout the country. My high school district followed the same storyline except the kids now can't even get enough credit hours to get into college because of all the kids from the same property tax base has tanked what they can spend on providing coursework. DREAM Act my ass. They can't even go to college!
Crone, we've got to start taking money from the rich, all white districts and start putting it into districts like ours. Let's see how much support liberals will have for amnesty then!
