We have smart American criminals who broke the law.

Illegals fundamentally think that the only laws that should be in place are the laws that benefit them personally. So the laws that declare their offspring American citizens should never be changed because that would be unfair but the laws that say they should leave should be changed yesterday.

When it comes to anything related to the law they're the world's most self serving hypocrites.

I especially love this part:

Quote:

Undocumented immigrant asks Florida Supreme Court for chance to practice law - Tampa Bay Times
So they came to the United States 16 years ago on tourist visas and never left. They settled into rural Hillsborough, his father taking a job milking cows on a dairy farm and his mother working at a sliding-glass door manufacturer.

Neither speaks English, though Godínez-Samperio remembers they sat with him after school every night — his father coming in with mud on his boots, his mother covered in dust — and helped with science and math homework.

So they've been violating American laws for over a decade and yet they haven't bothered to learn English. Lazy, arrogant, monolingual jerks.

Oh wait. They're illegals from nasty old Mexico so I suppose it's okay they don't know any English. Remember Americans they're here and you're a bad person if you don't learn Spanish to make sure they feel at home!

He can practice law at home and take his lazy criminal parents with him!

Basically, it is coming down to this:

If you have a great marketing package to persuade the US Government to excuse you from being deported then all your DREAMS will come true.

Their pleading and so-called GPAs are the equivalent to what a defense attorney does when when he/she tries to get their client off a charge and keep them from going to prison.

The difference is that we know that these people are here illegally and that they are guilty of that, yet, they still get an overwhelming beneficial deal when they plead.

We have enough unemployed lawyers in this country who don't have immigration problems.

I totally agree. If those here illegally would only put some of that emboldened gall to use in their own countries, they could actually live there as opposed to invading, over populating and destroying America.

Why in the world do we continue to waste taxpayers money putting these children through school and allow them to attend American universities if they cannot work legally once they get their education?

And we wonder what breeds these attitudes of entitlement.

How much you want to bet that if he gets his wish, he will use his status for the sole purpose of defending illegal criminals?
