I just went the e-mail route to contact my 2 Senators. Shame on them for thinking we're so stupid that we wouldn't notice this backdoor maneuever.

I let all my employees that wished to, have a 30 minute break to call and fax.

My daughter is a senior in college and she and her roommates are talking to kids from out of state and foreign students about this. This is very unfair, especially to foreign students who follow the rules and end up paying much higher tuition.
