Why do illegal alien kids get a free path now while kids who are legally here on a E2 visa have no rights!
Will this be seen as discrimination and will this government now be sued by legal aliens?
We know a couple of families with kids who own their own business in the USA for years and can stay here for decades if they keep their business....BUT when their kids become 21 they have to leave the Country or be able to get their own visa, otherwise it is bye bye even after growing up over here, going to school for 15 years and having done everything in the legal way coming through the front door so everybody know who they are, their parents provide jobs and are tax payers in the USA!!!!!
How can this be fair? I see a huge lawsuit coming from this group of people and tey deserve to get the same rights as illegals or more rights because they didn't break any law!!!!
There's also been protests about this not being fair to the illegals that don't qualify for these indefinite work visas.
They want amnesty for all, not a select few.
Of course law abiding legal immigrants should be given jobs before illegals -- but that's not what's going to get Obama the cheap votes he's after. It isn't just US citizens being destroyed by this administration, legal immigrants who did all they could to respect the laws are also.
No matter what the loser here is the rule of law and democratic process. There are no short cuts in democratic process that settles anything;it just inflames issues such as this.I would bet you see no immgration reform bill see the light of day for years to come. Evcen Romney may give lip service but he isn't goig to touch such a inflmame loser if elected.
