A legal immigrant arrested for a DUI can be deported. This man a fugitive and in defiance of a deportation order seems to feel that he deserves special treatment. What is alarming is that his position and thoughts on the matter seem to reflect what so many other illegals think and feel. That because they are already here that somehow that means they should be allowed to stay. It really is disgusting.

Yes, it is disgusting. It's even more disgusting that despite defying deportation orders, and despite a DUI, he is still here working, driving, and enjoying life as if he has a legal right to be here. Not a damn thing is being done. After all, he isn't on Obama's "violent" criminal list. I suppose he won't be considered a threat until he actually maims or kills someone during another drunken episode behind the wheel.

The irony is that Obama pretends to be tough on criminal illegals. Yet here we have his Uncle and living like he doesnt have a worry. We have Obama's Aunt caught also an illegal. She somehow evades deportation inspite of fraud.
Once is a coincindence. twice?????????

You have to remember that Obama is only willing to deport illegal immigrants convicted of very serious crimes. Evidently, in his eyes his aunt and uncle's crimes aren't serious enough. Besides, how would it look to his fellow illegal immigrant sympathizers to deport his own relatives? Image is everything you know.

He has nothing to fear now -- and Obama has promised that no illegals will be deported if he wins -- and he did. He's promised many great things for all who break the laws of this country to be here and now they're going to expect their every wish be granted.

Looks like he won't get deported until maybe after 2016. Unless Obama grants amnesty.

My guess is that deportation of those considered non violent will cease all together. Those who are deported will simply fill up jail space or be deported only to return in 24 hours or less.

I truly believe that the re-election of Obama is the signal for our borders to be declared open and that all things America will swiftly be joined with various parts of latin America. It has been in the making since the 1986 amnesty. Say goodbye to our sovereignty.
