I hope the Republicans remain tough and aren't of the foolish notion that they will gain much more of the Hispanic vote. They need to keep focused on what is best for this nation and its citizens and to continue to respect our immigration laws in spite of the ethnocentric lobby who doesn't.
We have over 20 million unemployed/underemployed citizens.
We have a crumbling infrastructure threatening our lives daily, including a staggering number of unsafe bridges on the verge of collapse.
We have record numbers receiving welfare, food stamps, and Medicaid.
We are steadily declining in the world's education ranking, with high school students so dumbed-down they can't even locate the USA on a map.
We have one of the highest teen pregnancy and infant mortality rates in the world.
We have barbaric Mexican drug cartels operating nationwide, with a stronghold in every major city.
We have gangs wreaking havoc in Chicago, where 45 shootings during a weekend has become so commonplace it is no longer newsworthy.
We have an inept government that allows rampant fraud of our tax funds totaling in the multiple billions annually.
Our borders remain as porous as ever, allowing drug and human traffickers to operate unscathed.
Yet, Obama considers THE MOST important issue following the fiscal cliff to be the legalization of millions of foreign invaders, many whom are ID thieves, drunk drivers, and "un-convicted" gangbangers, rapists, murderers, and pedophiles. Incredible!
Of course SEIU is involved. After all, they proudly acknowledge the majority of their 2 million workers are "immigrants," largely illegal aliens.
What happen to solidarity amongst Americans to not stand for this? There is no reason we need to add all those illegals to this country.

Regan granted amnesty & look at what happen. There was no enforcement of any kind. There is no logical reason to legalize 12 million + illegals.

There is no solidarity anymore; both political parties and corporate America have made damn sure that we're divided on wedge issues while they run off with all the money.

I agree. My company has offices in Toronto, and on paper I qualify for a 'skilled immigrant' visa to Canada. As much as I hate cold weather, it's looking more tempting by the day. Another friend of mine is looking to flee to the Netherlands Antilles, some former colleagues have already made the move to Canada, and some friends from college are pondering returning to their native countries, mainly Mexico (oh the irony) and Argentina.
I should add that I and all of these others are net money-makers for the government; we're affluent, educated, healthy, and childless. The economy and social services are built on the backs of people like us, and all the government AND society can do is flip us the bird. Right back atcha!

Far too many Americans are not aware of the magnitude of the problem and how it is negatively impacting their daily lives. They have bought into the propaganda that they are only here to feed their families and it all so harmless because they are only doing jobs that Americans won't do. They haven't a clue that isn't true and it doesn't just end there. That is only the beginning of the negative impacts. We need a well organized group to inform the clueless nationwide to counter the brainwashing by those with a vested interest in keeping illegal immigrants here and encouraging more to come.

I agree. But, unfortunately, pro-illegals have managed to successfully portray all opposition as racists and nativists. So, many are now afraid to fight. Rather than kissing butt, Republican politicians should have countered their specious campaign with the truth. Now, it's probably too late.

CIR applicants will be rubber-stamped just like DACA. This is part of their plan for a North American Union, and ultimately One World governance. Obama and Napolitano claim our borders are "more secure" than ever. In reality, our borders are being erased, by design. Powerful globalists have total control of the U.S. as well as other countries. Our voices and votes mean nothing. It's sad that so many are unable or unwilling to see what's happening. But, they damn sure can tell you what's happening with Honey Boo Boo or the Kardashians.
