And only very violent crimes count. Illegals are encouraged to commit crimes like felony document fraud and identification theft -- the government allows it, will not deport those who participate in these felony crimes. Obama is promising them that they can get their stolen social security accounts "fixed" once he gives them all legal status and puts them all on the fast track to USA citizenship.

This is another advantage for illegals. They won't be deported for crimes like DWI or shoplifting, they are being told those are nonviolent minor crimes and not to fear deportation for those kinds of crimes. Violent crimes like rape and assault and murder that should get them prison time will get them a free trip home is all -- and we know what a revolving door the border is for them. A new set of stolen identities -- and they can be back over the border in hours.
Americans would be in prison for years -- but the illegals keep their freedom --- deportation is no big punishment at all.
