Zero, the people that are granted amnesty will no longer be illegal immigrants instead they will be legal residents. That would include any new arrivals that meet the same requirements.

But more of them will come and still more. Why? Because they know we have become a nation of weak willed ******* that sold out our youth and their future to pander to foreigners for their cheap labor and easy votes.

Your right, numbers don't matteer, 5,000 or millions, they will come and they are here to stay. Think we have problems now, just wait!

When you have a Country as ours that has been lenient and weak, they will come and they will make us pay.

Our problems will only just begin.

Is that a joke? If we give just blanket amnesty how does that discourage from others coming here? Do you people not learn from the past?

Seriously, do you people ever learn? We tried amnesty to a degree before, guess what? Most came here. In the tens of millions. How hard is it to understand?

And any idiot basically for letting anyone come here, anytime, and as many people as possible........why the hell should we even have America then? We can not exist as America just opening our door to anyone and everyone. If that were to happen, through everything that has made this country great, right out the window. We would not be America anymore. We would be just another crap country.

Your exactly right, and our Goverment, gave us what they wished for, our prolbems have only just begun. If we turn into What a Latin Country is, what America, and how will this effect our children's lives.

America is ignorant for having a revolving door policy, the more the better, and they will make us pay, believe that.

That's exactly what the PTB (powers that be) want: to turn us into a third-world banana republic.

first amnesty 2nd amnesty 3rd amnesty.
and what my friend is the message to mexico RE illegal immigration?
each amnesty was called immigration reform and came with a promise of no further abuse of the our system and hightened protection of our borders.
the american indian and the american citizen have something in common we are dealing with a leadership that consistently breaks its promises.

The original purveyors of immigration controls were the labor unions that wanted to lock in a monopoly on the available workforce.

I'm bewildered at why otherwise small government, free enterprise conservatives want to impose a heavy, draconian government-based regime in immigration. I guess underneath they must really be Big Labor Liberals.
Seal our borders? Who is for that? We allow in over 1 million legal immigrants a year how is that sealing our borders? No we haven't had an open border policy. Are you seriously comparing our country today to the past? We are no longer a wide open frontier, sparsely populated with jobs and resources for everyone like in the past. Are you denying that? What does smaller government have to do with having immigration laws just like every other country does? Free enterprise does not include legal or illegal foreigners coming here at will to compete for jobs and resources against Americans nor should it. With that I don't have any further use to listen or reply to these kinds of posts.

I agree with you, it is this thought process that so many Americans, have that got us into the trouble we now face.

What other Country is as lenient, and ingorant as ours, that say, Come on In, the more the merrier.

We are no longer you got that right, the Country we once were. This Country a great Country it once was, is going to pay, and pay it will, believe this.

Free enterprise definitely in no way, accept illegal foreigners coming here to compete for jobs and businesses.

Our children, and their children, are deeply going to pay, for the mistakes and error in judgement, on the part of those who are suppose to serve it's citizens, American Citizens, or legal immigrants our Government.

Our problems have only just begun, just wait, but it is our children, who ar going to be the ones that pay deeply.
