Of course and they do. Once you have a permanent residency or naturalization, that piece of paper is the same for everyone, you get the same green card if you immigrated legally or illegally.
No, and if the liberal Obama amnesty passes, former illegals should also NOT be allowed to sponsor any more Mexican family members and should not get in-state tuition. They don't even deserve this, but if amnesty passes the only thing they should get is a reprieve from immediate and permanent deportation which is what they truly deserve.

I'm curious, why did you only mention one specific nationality as not being able to sponsor other family members for your stance?...

No amnesty, no military duty and NEVER be allowed to become an American citizen. We don't need criminals as citizens and anyone here illegally is a criminal at heart. They do not understand being a law abiding citizen. Send them packing!

Why? Would those coming at an early age be more loyal or representing American values that we want for servicemembers? Or the taint of being an illegal alien is less since they weren't as much in control of being brought here?

Less taint of being an illegal alien for a kid. Anybody coming here illegally age 18 up needs to be deported on the spot.
