This person shouldn't have been in the country to begin with. 1 crime they get away with leads to more crime to get away with.
Another reason to deport illegals in this country.

How can they obey the laws when they can not read english..It is our fault for not giving them free english lessons.

Here allow me to beat the pro side to the excuses.
1. Legal citizens break laws too.
2. If we allowed them to get a license and insurance they wouldn't try to get away.
3. They are honest hard working oh and the latest Nice people.
