ok. but when one commits a violent crime, why is that used as a justification for deporting them all? if you want to call them all illegal border crossers, fine. but isnt it a bit inaccurate to generalize them all as violent criminals?

I'd say to this illegal- right back at ya!
1. the illegal hit the dogs with a metal rake- I'd call PETA, the ASPCA anybody against cruelty to animals and try to get them involved. If he hit the dogs with a metal rake, there should be charges that can be filed against him. He also trespassed on private property after clearly being told not to.
2. he grabbed the wife and dragged her to the ground, causing her to scream- can you say 'assault and battery'? If that had been my home and this exemplary individual had laid so much as one finger on me or any of my family, he would have been led away in handcuffs. If it was me he unwisely chose to wrestle to the ground, I would sue for emotional distress because I would have nightmares for the rest of my life.
3. I'd go after this 'landscaping company'. They are obviously hiring illegals and need to be punished. I would want an explanation as to why they thought it would be OK to send illegal workers to my property.
I am off to sign the petition. And see if I can send these folks some money to help with their legal bills.

Thats about right too. My dogs would do the same thing! That is their job.
They probable didn't know English to go back to their truck and wait! Their fault if so.
Also, to attack the dogs with a rake they knew what the dogs would do. sounds like a set up to me.

Again, crossing the border is not a crime. It is a Civil offense. I have said this in the past and will say it again, crossing the border is equivalent to J-walking across a state line.

Right on Brotha! Well Said! This is absolutely true, but they are scapegoated as being hardcore criminals.

Also if that illegal had grabbed my wife, he would have been getting a payout from my insurance b/c i tore his illegal behind apart piece by piece. if he even lived to recieve the payout.
dont get mad at the dog b/c he followed his instinct by protecting his owner. and that illegal needs to be charged with animal crulety.

I agree, if he put his hands on my wife or hit my dog he would be deported in a body bag.

Come on, ProLogic . . . FEEBLE ARGUMENT!
What about Welfare Fraud?
What about ID Theft?
What about using False ID's?
What about Driving without a License?
What about Driving without Insurance?
What about Cheating the Legal Citizens out of Taxes?
and the list goes on and on . . .

Where does it say those landscapers are illegal? It says nothing in the article, and I have run searches and am not coming up with anything saying the landscapers were illegal? Am I missing something? OP-source please.
