[quote=Miborn;2037530]I don't care who they were they were told to get back into their trucks and wait. They were 1 hour early and it is private property."
Isn't it interesting that not one of 4 or 5 workers can verify they were asked to wait? The dogs owner claims he yelled out the window, but were the windows rolled up, was the radio on, were the men in the truck talking? I know most of these day laborers are hard workers but I also know that most people in these jobs are more then willing to take a non scheduled break if told too............
The dog owners story doesn't make any sense and they are using animal lovers to pressure the Judge simply because THEY screwed up. Why were no charges filed against Rivera if he assulted the mans wife? Why didn't the owners accept the dangerous dog classification and do the responsible thing about securing the dog, paying the fine and accept monitoring?

No one but Congo's owners are to blame for this incident. They have proven themselves irresponsible dog owners by not vaccinating or licencing their dogs. Add that to them being back yard breeders and the wholesome family loving dog owners story requires a deeper look.

I am puzzled as to why you bring up 'the 60+ rabies shots'. When a patient is potentially exposed to rabies, they are given a series of 5 shots, not 60 and not 65. Hopefully, the rest of your information is more accurate.

This story highlights the importance of not hiring illegals if you are a business owner and not allowing them on your property if you are a homeowner.
No one but the illegal is to blame for this incident.

These are people who enter our country illegally and are probably working under false or stolen ID. Since they are not honest about anything else, why would anyone expect them to be honest about that?
The real lesson here is do not allow illegal aliens on your property.

Great point, andreabeth
Once the illegals have snubbed their noses at our Immagration Laws and, in many cases, attacked our Border Patrol Agents when they entered this country, why would anyone with half a brain expect them to honor or respect any of our laws?
