sounds like needs a good lawyer.
physical confrontation between people and dogs
who did what when and how and why
all tools of skilled lawyers.
unfortunate this occured.
dogs guns and weapons and swimming pools on your own property are opportunties
for visiting people that know how to manipulate the law

So kids, the moral of this story is sneak across the boarder, go into a well to-do suburb, find a yard with a dog and jump the fence, antagonize the dog into biting, and BINGO! you've hit the lottery!
This country is ripe for the taking - China, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, etc., come on down the Price Is Right!

No Ghost, as much as you would like to believe that this is a post spawned from good old fashioned redneck variety racism, the agregious facts speak for themselves.
A criminal disregarded a reasonable request from a home owner who's property he was technically tresspassing on, then went on to assault the wife, the dog did what a protective dog is supposed to do, defend his mistress and master, and now this dog has to die and this family's insurance premiums are going to go up because this moron couldn't keep MOD CUT wherever he came from. And god bless corporations like this beautiful insurance company - cowards like this are the reason this society is collapsing.

the case itself is up in the air. the facts told in the article have yet to be determined in a court of law.
i was merely responding moreso to the posters who were saying illegals should have no rights whatsoever.
