Many illegal immigrants in Germany come from Africa, Eastern Europe or Latin America. Most of them start off with a tourist visa and end up hiding out here illegally. According to estimates by aid organizations, around one million foreigners live in German without proper resident permits or visas. They are reluctant to speak about their often catastrophic situation for fear of being deported.
If they do not have proper papers, illegal immigrants will be deported since they are committing a criminal offense by staying in the country. Only so-called "deportation barriers" can protract them, said Reinhard Marx, an immigration lawyer.
When ill, illegal immigrants are forced to find a doctor who will treat them anonymously and who expects private payment, which most immigrants cannot afford.
Public kindergartens and schools are also required to notify police of children or families without proper resident permits. The result: illegal immigrant children do not receive education, and are forced to stay inside out of fear of drawing attention to themselves by not being in school as required for minors.
In Germany, they are afraid to seek medical care and their children do not go to school for fear of being deported....
In America, they openly flood this country's E.R.s and their children are admitted en masse to our public schools, very often at the expense of the children of citizens, and they just about have to be a mass murderer to be deported. Even then, some bleeding heart team of ACLU attorneys will fight for their right to stay in this country doing the "population culling" that Americans refuse to do.
the situation is not good either in Germany, I have family there and the terrorist threat is very strong in part from so many middle east people that snuck in. we too in the usa are seeing another flood of them here.

So true. Illegals in this country are THE most coddled “persecuted” people on earth. Their treatment in Germany would never be tolerated in the PC-infested US.

Just to let you know I don't agree it is the same situation. I am glad Germany's government cared enough about it's citizens to not allow illegals to have the run of the country like they do here in America. But look at the attitude of the illegals in Germany who act like victims and demand the same rights as citizens. What good does it do to coddle illegal immigrants when it will only lead to more illegal immigrants and more grief.

At least Germany only has approx 1 million illegals in a population of 82 million.
Give it some time. The European Union allows free travel of illegal immigrants to cross borders at will.
