OK, this map of cities and states that have laws enacted or pending that limit information on immigration status is alarming. I had been planning on moving to Idaho but they are listed! Does anyone from Idaho know what this is all about????

It looks like Boise might be the sanctuary city in Idaho, according to the map.

In Massachusetts, where I live, there are two "dots" - I know one is Cambridge, and I'm going to check around and see what the other one is!

Alexandria and Fairfax County are the ones in VA. I'm looking at moving to NC and it looks like the one in NC is Winston-Salem where i'm considering going.

That list is not complete. There are many sanctuary cities from the early 1980s when many Central Americans fled to the US because our involvement there made it a deathtrap. Most of these cities have never taken the sanctuary city name out of their laws even if they don't publicize it.

Phoenix is showing signs of disappearing from the 'Sanctuary City' list------at least for economic 'refugees'

Political refugees are a whole different breed of cat.
