The way our government operates is not like Obama thinks it does, his 12 unanimous losses before the SCOTUS are evidence that he is always on the wrong side of the law.
Just because the legislative branch does not bow before the demands of the executive, does not authorize the executive to go it alone.
"We're at the end of the line," Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) said Thursday during a press briefing in the Capitol. "We're not bluffing by setting a legislative deadline for them to act.
"Their first job is to govern," Menendez added, "and in the absence of governing, then you see executive actions."
Only ignorant, or partisan dems like Sen. Reid think a 9-0 ruling against Obama by the SCOTUS, is them getting it wrong.

It appears as though Obama is just itching for impeachment.
Obama has certainly made our borders into a free for all, it's a huge mess, hordes of thousands coming every day and getting straight into government handouts. Absolutely no border security, any impoverished 6 year old can now come on over.
I am pissed at myself for having voted for him in 2012. Shoving in "reform" and amnesty via the backdoor using executive orders is total crap. TOTAL CRAP.
Well this is the full court press we all knew was coming. The tea party is holding the GOP hostage on this issue. Elections are in 2016 and once again the GOP has backed itself up in a corner. They are in a no win situation.
Impeachment won't happen because he is black. No presidential skills required.
