Justice Department to seek stay in Texas immigration ruling - CNN.com

From the article:

The stay request is widely considered a long shot, at least when it first goes to Hanen. The Justice Department could then ask for the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals based in New Orleans, which leans conservative, to intervene and put Hanen's ruling on hold.

-----------------------------

Let's hope that is, indeed, a long shot. That said, I don't think that Judge Hanen will grant the stay and I can't see the 5th circuit court granting one either.

I just hope you're right. I just don't get it why the Feds ain't listening to the American people, especially with the beat down the Dems got this past November.

I hope so to but the so-called immigration advocate groups in cohoots with the White House has a long and powerful reach.

Who would have thought the USSC would have written legislation from the bench, but we now have the ACA. Who would have thought John Roberts would have voted in favor of it. Nothing is a sure thing anymore.
