I read the article NY times, they said they were doing it for the Amnesty!!!! And one woman, paid three thousand for a year in taxes and got 2000 back, not much put in. One guy said he didn't believe he had been doing anything wrong. Hence the issue.
They have to commit fraud in order to pay taxes. Either they make up a social security number of steal someone else's. So, what's so great about it, if they pay taxes?
