They're not undocumented immigrants,.they're illegal aliens.

And this is yet another example of how free speech is being trampled upon in this country.

Consider the superintendent's comment: Speech (by a U. S. citizen about illegal aliens) considered insensitive (by an illegal alien) has consequences.

Hmmmm.....

Wake up, sheeple.

Oh Christmas on a cracker....her tweet was factually correct--illegals CAN'T vote! I cannot believe someone can come into our country, break the law, pop out kids and send them to American taxpayer-funded public school, and then complain and get an American citizen kicked out of an extracurricular activity. If this girl had tweeted about tax evasion, gang activity, or any other illegal activities would she have suffered the same fate?

Outrageous.

I'm familiar with Revere. For years, it was a predominantly an Italian-American community. In recent years, a large number of Muslims moved in there as well as Hispanic illegals. That said, I don't know if 90% of the town is here illegally but if I had to guess, the number isn't that high.

Still, I think this girl got a bum rap. The article alluded to "privacy issues" but the superintendent wouldn't elaborate. If the entire tweet was correctly reported, I saw nothing that would have violated anyone's privacy. Why would any student complain about that? She didn't mention any names. Perhaps the one that complained had parents/relatives that were here illegally thus felt threatened?

They aren't "undocumented" and they aren't "immigrants".

To be fair: I def find it kinda funny that la raza CAN'T get Americans of Italian family to side with them since both their cultures are "Latin" based.

I agree! Also, both their cultures tend to be predominantly Catholic.

Those from Italian roots have been around since our country's founding. They may have a more nationalistic view than a tribal view. Italians aren't Hispanics anyway as their language isn't Spanish.
