Tell this to the parents who selfishly have anchor babies here, knowing that they are still able to be deported.

I don't think many sensible people would be calling for the round up and deportation of people already here if we clamped down on illegal immigration. Fix the ridiculous visa overstay issue and secure the southern border whether it be with a wall or land mines.

But you are not going to get much sympathy from me for people here illegally when politicians refuse to address issues that will not compound the problem.

Do not care one way or the other, how one thinks on this situation. However there are always consequences when one person or many decide to break the law. And absolutely do not follow the rule of law.
Because of these facts, there will be consequences, no matter the situation small or large.

If these people truly don't want there families broken up, well by all means, we do accept legal immigrants, who want to come to this Country, with the best intentions of becoming a citizen legally.

They decide there own fate, when they decide to break and not follow the law. I am so tired of those whom see fit to throw in the face of those who oppose illegals, that we are so mean, we are this we are that and any nonsense they can throw at us.

You want to know what I think is mean, is the very people who break the rule and do not follow laws on the book, and decide there own fate, when they come across our borders, illegally. They are the ones destroying there own families, and they decide there fate.

As we all know, criminals do their children an injustice.

No, we can't continue to carry them. We give emergency medical, they use it 3 times the rate of American citizens, we give maternity care to the illegal mother and then pay to support the kids, etc. With so many Americans under and unemployed, we just can't carry them. They are colonizing our country at our expense.

No, we need to e-verify all jobs and make schools, medical facilities and governmental units mandated reporters and start processing them back to where they came from.

These are obviously people that couldn't make it in their own country and can't make it here without the taxpayers supporting them. Just say "no". Why should Americans have 1 child because their taxes are so high supporting a criminal alien who has 5 or 6 kids, a new dual cab truck with the savings of not having to pay to support their kids! They are sucking up all the Section 8 housing vouchers and illegal aliens should not be living in Section 8 housing.

This Section 8 housing thing is now moving the illegal aliens to places with opening. With any luck, supporters of the colonization of our country get their neighborhood colonized soon.

I see it everyday, the devastation that illegal aliens are. We have enough citizen welfare trash that have kids for cash, so surely don't need to import any!

Sending parents to prison also negatively affects kids, so do we just stop doing that?!

The issue is contentious because the law is not being enforced and that opens to door to more illegal immigration which in turn makes the issue worse and is one of the main reasons Trump is the Republican Nominee.

Regardless of one's position the law needs to be enforced and current illegal immigration should be slowed to a trickle - yes it can be done. Afterwards, the long and arduous debate can start about what to do with the 10+ million already here can commence. It is not going to be a simple problem to solve and will not be black and white like some think (we already have millions of exceptions due to refugee status granted).

It is kind of like the national debt. Ignoring the problem is not going to make it go away.

I agree with what you say. And ignoring the problem, is only showing ignorance and laziness on our part. To ignore the problem, only means things are going to get much worse, for American Citizens.

Is our future going to hold for us a Country of illegals living here, imagine then the future for your children and grandchildren.

Our government stupidly has given these people social security numbers but if parents aren't citizens the anchors should have never been given citizenship. They would have Mexican citizenship or wherever the parents have citizenship from.

Read the 14th amendment

A LOT of those 10 million WILL leave once the US gets serious about nailing illegal aliens. Even if its just means arresting any "known" illegal on sight, that'll scare the hell out the rest who WILL leave with a few hardheads then laying real low.

Tough! IF a US citizen gets busted and sent to prison; that is also "separating families", def NO reason to give illegal aliens here a free pass.

You swiped the letters right off my keyboard with that last sentence.
