Berta Rita, born in Mexico, was 19 years old when she entered the United States without papers and settled in Phoenix. That was in 1992 — one year before Joe Arpaio was elected to his first term as sheriff of Maricopa County.

Import enough like-thinking outsiders that will vote for the agenda and it's a done deal.
Let's face it these illegal aliens and their supporters don't like the sheriff because he wants illegal aliens out of his county and is doing what he can to remove them. They try and make him look like the bad guy when it is they that are selfishly thumbing their noses at our immigration laws.
