I think Newt Gingrich should have an advisory role in the Trump administration and that's it.

The first time I heard Trump say that he would make Mexico pay for the wall I stopped taking him seriously after that...

Criminals and terrorists aren't looking for work and unless birthright citizenship is re-interpreted jobs alone won't mean much either. E-verify is a good start though.
