When the motorcycle that illegal immigrant Laura Velázquez was riding slammed into a concrete wall, it cost a Phoenix hospital $478,000 to save her life.

The hospital is footing the bill. But Velázquez's life in America is finished after hospital officials sent her back to Mexico.

I read that same article this morning and the Mexican media had the nerve to omit the fact that Velazquez received free medical treatment here in the USA while castigating us for sending a not fully recovered patient home.

Mexico: do us all a favor and grow up. Hypocrites.

Biggest head-scratcher in the entire article:

"The United States of America has intervened in other countries in the name of human rights but is incapable of respecting the human rights of its own immigrants."

Excuse me? Is something wrong with that last part? How is this person the US' own immigrant?

Add the fact that she will now receive free care in Mexico...and she was never deported.

The Hospital did her a favor. They could have done what they do to "American" homeless patients in L.A. If you do not know or haven't heard...they drop them off, still in their hospital gowns, on skid row.

It is the Mexican Media...and there isn't a media outlet in the world that does not sensationalize things....
