At another Los Angeles neighborhood miles away, a Jewish man shows off a sparsely decorated spare bedroom in his home. White sheets on the bed and the clean, adjacent full bathroom bear all the markers of an impending visit. The man, who asked not to be identified, pictures an undocumented woman and her children who may find refuge in his home someday.
Uh; Mr Jewish man, why are you willing to throw everything you've worked for in your life for some illegal aliens who are probably NOT in any kind of real danger back home?
So...these misguided people plan to hide illegals in their homes. And then what? Hiding them doesn't change the fact that they are illegals who have no business being here. They could hide these illegals for the rest of their lives but it won't change the fact that their status won't change at all.
Are these people prepared to hide these illegals for years? Are they also prepared to support them?
Illegals should just own up to the fact that they have no right to be here and start packing their bags.
Fine. They can't work. Can't be in society. Can't collect welfare. Etc. Hopefully birthright citizenship goes to the supreme court so if they get pregnant their kids won't be citizens.
If they are away from society they won't do harm. My question is how long are these criminals going to harbor the illegals? 10 years?
Why does this man picture a single women with children? Get some dude in there, someone his own age. Suddenly the picture isn't so pretty maybe
I don't really care if people want to house anyone but remember, you house them and they can claim your house. I'm envisioning a future where these people actually call ICE just to evict someone who isn't living up to their expectations of "grateful houseguest".
I think it is great that some of these Libs are actually putting their money where their mouth is.
They are always telling us how we have to welcome everyone but seldom do people actually open their homes to the downtrodden and in this case illegal aliens fleeing the law.
So if a neighbor drops a dime to ICE about hidden illegals and they make a bust will the do gooder home owner have his possesions seized and go to jail for aiding and abetting a criminal?
That is what happens when Police bust a drug ring.
According to AnywhereElse's link harboring an illegal alien is punishable with up to 5 years in jail or a $10,000 fine. I hope those who are aiding and abetting these illegals have deep pockets.
