Probably because he knew his crime would lead to deportation and stay off the radar...

One scary thing...

Quote:
But the Trump administration has issued sweeping new guidelines expanding the range of immigrants that count as high priority for deportation, including low-level offenders, and those with no criminal record — regardless of how long they have lived in the country. Now, immigrants feel the threat of deportation more than ever, advocates say, whether they are residing here legally or not.

^ What’s scary is the clearly biased reporting by the liberal Washington Post. They sneakily keep using the word “immigrants” when in reality they are referring to illegal immigrants. Big difference.

Trump and ICE is not detaining or throwing out legal immigrants.

Well, we all know, anyone is subjected to deportation if someone commits a crime under a green card.
The misdemeanor is 20 years old for goodness sake. One was from when he was a teen ager & the other was expunged. Seriously -- that's who you think needs to be deported.

WOW --

Seriously?

A Polish doctor who has lived in the U.S. for nearly four decades has been jailed and faces deportation for two decades-old misdemeanor charges, the Washington Post reports.

Lukasz Niec, who was arrested on Tuesday morning, is a lawful permanent resident who has lived in Michigan since childhood and has an American wife, daughter, and stepdaughter, his sister told the Post. He does not speak Polish and has no family there, she said.

In the past, immigration officials have prioritized the deportation of immigrants with a history of violent crimes. Immigration and Customs Enforcement under the Trump administration, however, has shifted its priorities, sweeping up a broader group that more frequently includes low-level offenders and those without criminal records.
Elections have consequences. Maybe if the left would have acted like adults the situation would be different.

Trying to block and disrespect everything President Trump does wasn't the best idea to get sympathy maybe.

Exactly. Lawlessness/crimes earn them the deportation boot!

They think illegal alien is a race of people, mostly because most of them are "brown". Neither "brown" nor "illegal alien" is a race of man. If "ignorance is bliss" they must smile the whole day long and in their sleep!

I just hope once the illegals are expelled from the country that there will be time/money to actually educate our citizen children about the history of man, American government, economics, etc.
Honest, intelligent people know that. Very few people have an issue with legal "brown" people. We have issues with criminals that come into this country against our laws, put a huge financial burden on the American taxpayers, take from American citizens, in jobs, health care, education and then send what they do make back to their home countries. All while depressing the wages of Americans. And in the worst, most pathetic cases, support and embrace their home countries while living here.

Thing is, progressives lack the intellectual ability to have a rational discussion of the issue. So, instead the revert to 2nd grade and call names.

I would rather he stay here. Our population is living longer and there is a shortage of doctors in the US. Many don't want the enormous loans they have to take out and pay back.
