And you are absolutely ass backwards on the 2nd versus the 14th. In the case of the second those opposed to gun rights claimed the first clause limited the amendment to the militia. The court gave the gunnies a Pyrrhic victory. The right is personal but can be regulated.

On the 14th it turns around. The right tries to argue that "subject to the jurisdiction" does not mean what it says.

And the crucial point is that if we do not get it under control we never will be able to do so. Get to a 3 or 4 millkin over stayers and we will never be able to dig them out.
So what is yours and the left interpretation of “subject to the jurisdiction”

If they drive and caught. Detained. Deported.

Anchor babies do not require amendment. We’ve been over this.

Can’t work?
No money?
Can’t drive?
Can’t go to school?

They’d be gone in 5 years

Shockingly, the insurance actually attached to the car paid for the damages. Farmers insurance.

What did the police do with him?
Cited him for driving without a license. That's all.

What was his final outcome? Was he deported so he couldn't possibly kill another American again?
Not deported.

You have to understand that the courts in IL are extremely lenient with illegal aliens. There's a large population of illegal aliens in the Chicago area. Many driving without a license and/or insurance. They end up in traffic court. Their cases are heard first because they need a translator. The judge just tells all of them to go get a driver's license and insurance, bring those to court, and he'll dismiss all the charges, no fees.

Regarding the 14th, yours is the contention of the uneducated. Lengthy legal and historical evidence, here:
