Refreshing to see Mexico pulls its weight. Now the caravan has made it clear they only want the US for
"Asylum," where they are NOT welcome.
This is going to affect any court orders, should they be rendered, that these people will not be allowed into the US because it's pretty clear what they want (and don't forget those anchor babies in the making.
Wow, they should have taken that deal. No language barriers either.
These people often think America's streets are lined with gold. I've talked to several who've decided after being here for a while that it wasn't at all what they thought it was and they wanted to return to Mexico. I think it would be wise to send people in to counsel them. Mexico would be a better deal at this time.

I thought 1700 and change DID take up the offer so far.

Good! I would. How many are coming? 7000?
I can understand if they have family here already. I just think with our political climate right now they should take what's best for them at this time. That would be asylum in Mexico.
