We have gone in circles over how a wall will work. It's impossible to reason with the unreasonable.

EVERY logical argument is countered with a well thought out (canned) response.

What these narrowly minded progressives do not have is a cognisant argument against the slave trade, human trafficking, and drug smuggling.

They may hate the wall to keep out poor people looking for a better life (bleeding hearts), but there is no defense to defending smugglers of humans and drugs. There is no way to defend allowing it to continue.

I have asked for anyone to tell me, to tell us, how a wall wouldn't slow the trafficking down. DEAD SILENCE from the cowardly left!

Idiots feel free to throw out your nonsense (apparently they took me up on that quickly). Go ahead, tell us how you support the evilest things on earth.

The rest of us should simply hammer these facts rather than throwing out softballs for them to swing at.

Illegal immigration is a moot point. Move on to something they simply cannot argue against.

They are nothing but clay Pidgeons - PULL

Sounding a bit strident there. What's the matter? Mexico not coming through with funding?

The wall is lost cause. It's not happening. Unfortunately, President Trump wasn't able to get the funding he had promised from Mexico.

However, illegal immigration is a serious issue. As is drugs, human trafficking and everything else. While it's not perfect, we have policies in place for allowing legal immigration and denying those who do not qualify. We also have laws in place to prohibit residents from supporting illegal immigrants. All of these policies and laws need to be enforced.

America has become so politically correct recently that it sickens me. We have a strong military for a reason. We need to use it more often and more effectively.

All perfectly reasonable points my learned friend.

The problem is that our laws have been left to interpretation, so they will never be enforced. You as a lawyer know this to be true. You, more than anyone, should be frustrated. I am.

It's a sad state of affairs.

The problem is that the Senate and the House have refused to agree on their previous immigration reform bills, nor is there any resolution in site.

I would love to stop talking about it but first we need our politicians to stop encouraging it.

I just have two questions.
1. How many individuals do you think are trafficing humans?
2. Trafficing humans for what? Work? Sex? What specifically are these trafficing instances all about?
Just like the "not all illegal immigrants are coming for work' train of thought ... I want to know how much of my money you plan on spending on just how many people breaking multiple laws that already are not being inforced.

There most certainly has been. I do not know what the exact number is but 80% or more of the country will not have a wall. Those intent on the things you note are not going to allow a partial wall to stop them.

I'm sure this will be posted and address a 100 more times and still posted again.

They can't do that. Wall Street wants the cheap labor. It's why mandatory e-verify is never a part of the discussion. Wall Street now runs the country.
