You are allowed to carry guns in all but two states (and D.C.). Some just require permits and some don't.
I don't think there should be an assault weapons ban though. Most gun-related crimes are committed with handguns. Assault weapons are used for sports and competitions for the most part. A lot of the time, people just judge how dangerous something is by how it looks. Watching too many action movies.
LOL true. We had a gun show here recently and you could buy an assault rifle on the spot, but not a hand gun. We own guns, not assault rifles, but I would not think twice about protecting myself with mine Good post!

In CA, I don't think a day went by without some Mexicans in the communty shotting off at least one gun. And yes.. it was Mexicans, because they made themselves visible, now Illegals ?.....that I don't know.
