HAHA, do you even know what you are talking about? Barack is more liberal on immigration than hillary is.

I know of what I speak of------it is not 'nice' to infuriate your core voters.

Obama's core tends not to be 'Hispanic' so he is not beholden to that special interest group.

If blacks were mad at Obama because of illegal immigration, they wouldn't vote for him in droves. My guess is they know about his stance on the issue but don't really care.

Your guess would be wrong. Unfortunately, many are simply enthralled at the prospect of a black president, and have no idea what his stance is on illegal immigration or anything else.

Blacks are equally as upset as whites over this massive illegal invasion; in particular, those forced from their neighborhoods by hordes of illegals who have transformed their once nice middle class neighborhoods into third-world barrios living 4-5 families per house. The ethnic cleansing agenda has also been an eye-opener.

This is one black woman who will not vote for him, and I'm doing my best to spread the word. I was astonished at the number of black people I spoke with who had no idea he supports amnesty. BTW, they DO really care.

Benicar nice to meet you. That makes two black women who will NOT vote for him and my decision is based solely on his pandering to illegal aliens. Obama is my senator and both he and Durbin hear from me on a regular basis about the disasters taking place at the hands of illegal aliens. Chicago (Cook County which is where the Obama's live) is an illegal alien sanctuary and it is full of corrupt hispanic politicians all in bed with LaRaza, whose headquarters btw is in downtown Chicago as well. Obama and Durbin are responsible for Elvira Arellano not being deported which resulted in her holing up in the fake church/sanctuary. DHS is suing Chicago and as broke as Cook County is (just increased property taxes to 10.25 highest in the nation) they are refusing to back down. I think when all the dust settles, even if Obama is elected he will be forced to cave and abandon his ideas of passing the DREAM ACT, "comprehensive immigration reform" and drivers' licenses for illegal aliens. The sleeping giant is wide awake and watching every move which is why Hillary backed off of her original pledge to give them licenses and a path to citizenship when Spitzer was proposing same for New York.

I'm not too sure I'm against giving them amnesty to be honest. Is it really going to be possible to deport them all? I really don't think so, it might benefit us more to make them all legal, that way they are forced to pay taxes and then will have to pay minimum wage. I think the best way is to grant amnesty to the current illegals and then CLOSE our bordersand enforce border control much more.

I think President Obama will take a 2 prong approach. On one hand, he will pass an amnesty for those who snuck in and have lived here and who work and do not have criminal records. One the other he will certainly increase penalties for employers who hire illegals and he will require verification of all SS numbers with employers.

I'd like to see that, but my question is if he will grant amnesty.. why would he talk about giving drivers lisences to illegals? Obama really strikes me as someone who talks a lot but will not go out of his way to do anything, just talk. We need to close our borders and make it difficult to immigrate in. Remember even back when there were immigrants pourring into Ellis Island, not anyone was allowed in, and many were sent back to their country.

Likewise!

I agree. IF elected president, he will most definitely change his stance. We all know politicians will say and do ANYTHING to get elected. Once in office, watch out! I have a feeling there will be lots of disappointed Dreamies and other illegals -- they have such high hopes for the passage of the DREAM Act and CIR with Obama. They forget Bush also tried to push this down our throats.

That's pro-illegal propaganda. They know we don't have to deport 20+ million illegals. If we enforce our laws and stop the freebies, they will leave on their own (attrition through enforcement). Furthermore, they can return home the same way they came. We can then deport the stragglers who remain.
