As long as you foot the bill. I don't want to begin to imagine how much money it would take to find these people, jail them, prosecute them and deport them back to their countries.

This forum's TOS says English is the only language to be spoken on these boards. I'm pretty sure they'll let a few words slide, not entire sentences.
Oh wait, English is not the official language. It is the common nation of this land. In other words, de facto language.
Then its the language that should be spoken by the people living here. And the national government is so screwed up....they dont approve any laws anymore. They cant even agree on whether a border should be constructed or not, whether the war should be funded or not, etc. What makes you think they would make english the official language? 38 states have declared english as their official language including California. Thats more than half of the states. Thats good enough for me .

They can be as easily found as IRS tax evaders and other criminals. And how much is a bus trip in an INS bus to Mexico? Maybe $100 each? Certainly cheaper than the $10,000 per child per year it takes to provide them free schools, or the many thousands for the free health care.
A smart illegal chooses voluntary departure anyhow -- and that doesn't require prosecution, but if they fail to take that option, then yes -- prosecute them like we do for other crimes. Especially if they are committing felony document fraud and identification theft.
