Our economy has evolved to be dependent on millions of low-paid workers who come here to take the jobs that citizens will not perform.

Americans certainly will perform those jobs. Even in immigrant-heavy cities you will see Americans cleaning hotel rooms and working BOH restaurant jobs. Illegal aliens, who have no business being here, have depressed wages for unskilled work. Not only that but sleazy employers more often than not have unsafe working conditions because they know the illegals won't complain.

Who do you think did those jobs before we got flooded with illegal aliens? Americans did them then, now and in the future.

Just what are these jobs that Americans supposedly won't do and who do you think were doing them before millions of cheap, illegal aliens flooded our border?

No, our economy does not depend on cheap, illegal labor. Only the greedy employers do and that's only to increase their profits not that they truly need them. How is passing on the over $100 billion a year for their social costs good for the taxpayer and/or our economy? They also send billions out of our country back to their homelands not spent in our economy. They also keep rents, groceries and other good higher as it's the law of supply and demand at play here.

Well that is what should happen and it is far better than the judge in Boston that eventually lost her job because she ushered a wanted illegal alien out the back of her court because she knew that ICE was waiting for him in the lobby.

No Sanctuary should be the motto of the land. You are illegal and break the law, you answer for the crime and then you answer for your illegal entry or overstay. Why do the Dems want to shelter these law breakers?

That's not a good thing.

Was that the same judge who gave the illegal alien a 364 day sentence for robbing a bank? She did that because if he had gotten 365 days or more he would never be eligible for amnesty. Then, after he completed the 364 day sentence, he was released. Once released, he killed two doctors. If it wasn't her, is she still on the bench?

Or is this another equally bad judge who let the illegal out the back door?

Dems want to shelter illegals because they see them as future democrat voters. I don't know what it will take for those who mindlessly vote straight "D" to realize that today's democrats aren't their grandfather's democrats. At one time dems truly looked out for the poor, working and middle classes. Nowadays, they put illegals first and foremost.

I just really don't get it.

I can get not wanting to vet and oust every illegal for a speeding ticket, even some petty misdemeanors (assault from a fight, first case of shoplifting a loaf of bread, etc).

What I can't fathom is someone re-caught and charged with failures to appear, DWI's, assault on female, PWISD, and much worse ... and not cooperating with the Feds.

This is the same BS you always hear from the illegal alien sympathizers.

No, they drive down wages, take high paying construction jobs from Americans and drove landscaping business out of business.

That judge did the right thing.
