If nearly every American is against open borders, then why do we have open borders?
Dem voters voted for this, or those they vote for lied to them.
Will Dem voters make the same mistake again in Nov 2024? Or, is abortion more important?
Can these sanctuary cities pull out of the program at any time they please?
Not necessarily open borders but illegal immigration isn't that important to bleeding heart liberals and ethnocentrics and they outnumber law abiding Americans these days. They visualize themselves as social justice warriors. Everything is more important to them than that issue. Abortion, socialism, outright hatred for the Republicans and Trump are the biggest reasons and they also hate the Christian right. Many of them want a bizzaro world where anything goes. They hate traditional values and want to transform our country away from that. It's really quite sad. They know not what they wish for and its consequences.

The bulk of their voters don’t understand the full breadth of the issue, but their leadership and zealots wing sure do.
Winning independents is the key, especially independents who are immigration hawks who see the other side of the debacle and what a catastrophe it really is.
NYC and Chicago are both telling the feds to stop bussing illegals to theri cities.
So now its Dem versus Dem.
I thought it was Abbott and DeSantis who were sending immigrants to Chicago and New York. I read that Polis did the same thing for a while but subsequently stopped. If you have any information that the feds were involved in this I'd like to see a source for it.

I know that Biden is a poor representative of our government, and that makes one wonder why the got all those supposed votes!

The feds mostly use airplanes that offload in the middle of the night so nobody can see or film them in the act. They are called "Ghost Flights"
Are you now satisfied that feds are moving illegal immigrants around from state to state, place to place using busses & planes? Are you okay w/ taxpayer money being used for this? Are you okay with it being done so secretly? So secretly, that you didnt even know about it.
Did you know the City of Chicago is housing Hundreds of them in a $300/night luxury hotel that has been closed off to the American public? The estimated cost is $20M-$25M/month, & that is just in 1 santuary city who is begging for ICE to stop bringing them there.
Most of them are Venezuelans, so thy'll be future Republican voters after seeing how far Left tyranny plays out at the hands of Dictator Maduro they are all fleeing from.
How about all the damage done to NYC hotels housing migrants and the extreme waste of food/meals and how they hang outside in front of those hotels?
