The migrants have been carb loading for several months now. Sort of like bears before they go into hibernation. They pack on the pounds eating mostly rice & beans. Then once they set out on the yellow brick road to the promised land, they will live off of their caloric reserves. Just like camels in the desert with regards to water.
Many of the migrants that ended up in luxury hotels in New York City were still so full of calories, that they ignored the food prepared for them by hizzoner, the mayor. So into the trash it went. The food wasn't offered to run of the mill American homeless people because feeding them would only encourage more home grown homelessness. Can't be having that in the city that never sleeps.
Plus good genetics plays a role in this. In North & Central America, the poor people are often 70 pounds overweight. While a poor person in say India, they might weigh 70 pounds tops.
But have no fear. The next wave of hotel maids and lawn care professionals will be here shortly to relieve the group that is currently holding down those jobs. Those unable to find fake documents that allow them to legally gain employment will resort to becoming unlicensed pharma distributors. Because they are just doing jobs that Americans won't do. Plus they just want to work, take care of their families, drink tecate beer, drive without insurance and maybe crash into legal American citizens while they are out driving drunk after celebrating el salvador's latest national soccer team victory.
Diversity is our strength. But not diversity in say Celts, Norses, Slavs, Teutonics, Hellenics & Danes. Not that sort of diversity. That is the wrong type of diversity.
And don't dare ****** or complain about what is currently going on at the southern border. That would make you a racist. Nobody likes a racist. Unless the racist is Louie Farrakhan. That's obama's buddy. The same obama that gave us kids in cages. Back when kids in cages was cool.
Released without court dates. IOW Zero intentions to follow through at all by this administration. Complete failure of #1 job. We should no longer be paying any federal taxes.
Food, medical, new clothes, backpacks, phones, bus/train tickets all paid for by "organizers." They're mentioned in the Central American newspapers when they get a caravan going, but I've never been able to find where the organization is getting the money from. I'm thinking one is called Sin Fronteras, but it's been a while since I read it.
If anyone else wants to check for news stories, I've had the best luck with newspapers in Honduras and El Salvadore, but I've never seen the organizers mentioned in English-printed newspapers.
