Multiple cities and states have declared emergencies as migrants continue to arrive by bus from the southern border. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports on how local officials are reacting.

But, but, but they are supposedly an asset to our country and will fill all of these so-called labor shortages in our country. Why are these cities and states declaring an emergency with them being there? They must all be old, angry white men and no other race, gender or age of American in those cities is complaining.

Sorry, the topic heading didn't copy and paste right. The topic heading should be....... "Emergencies declared in multiple cities as migrants arrive by bus from border".
