TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Several groups sued the DeSantis administration Monday over Florida’s latest anti-immigration law, arguing that it “inflicts enormous harm on people’s ability to go about their daily lives.”

Anti-"immigration" law? Lol, how convenient that they leave out the word anti-"illegal" immigration law. Illegals have no right to work here and to go about their daily lives. Illegals inflict harm on themselves by being in our country illegally. Boo, hoo!

Then the article goes on with straw man arguments about legal immigrants and citizens being profiled, etc. Which rarely happens if one has valid ID. Typical BS by liberals and ethnocentrics.

"The law in question, FL SB 1718, allows authorities to charge someone with human trafficking if they knowingly transport an undocumented migrant across state lines. And it would prohibit an undocumented immigrant from driving a car even if they have a driver’s license from another state and requires state hospitals that receive Medicaid to ask patients of their immigration status."

I love it! I don't see what they are complaining about as most of that is federal law anyway. Driving a care with what on the national level is considered an invalid license should be an issue, so no problem! And, load up your car with an illegal alien, move them in your house, hire them - all federal laws against that anyway "aiding and abetting". Remembering that "ignorance of the law is no excuse".

Forever I have been saying that we need to make hospitals and clinics mandated reporters for illegal aliens, as their medical bills run into the billions that we, the taxpayers, have to pay for. Also, I wish they would have schools be mandated reporters, as that would be awesome, as again, harming our citizens' educations by their presence.

Charity begins at home with our kids, with our homeless, with our jobs........ Americans First!!!

They come with hands out for whatever they can get or take, while blacks came in chains and others came with sleeves rolled up to build a country. Send them home. A few here and a few there. As Trump talked border security, I saw some leave, as they liked to travel back and forth illegally, and that would have stopped them from doing that, and caught, they would have been banned for several years from coming in legally.

"We feel that laws that prevent us from breaking the law inflict enormous harm on us".

And all those illegal migrants are inflicting enormous harm on US citizens and legal immigrants.

Well stated! Unbelievable that these pro-illegal groups don't give a damn and act like we shouldn't do anything that prevents these illegals from breaking the law. What kind of Americans are they?

If the left doesn't think a valid ID should be needed to vote, why would they think it should be needed for anything else?

In their minds, illegals should go free and felons should go free (and vote), but if a parents protest against drag shows and pornography in their schools, they get labeled as domestic terrorists.

It really is a whacky world in Joe Biden's America.
