Sophisticated NYC Gang Posed as Police and Tortured Criminals (prison, heroin, FBI)

Acosta De Vargas, who was from the Dominican Republic, had his first brush with federal authorities in 2000, when he was charged with heroin dealing. He was deported about a year later.

But by the fall of 2003, investigators say, he was back in the country devising a crooked get-rich-quick scheme using tactics straight from the police playbook: His gang paid informants to provide the names and whereabouts of traffickers around New York City. After that, his men allegedly conducted surveillance for days or even weeks, sometimes using satellite tracking devices and a laptop computer.

Once the gang had a fix on its targets’ daily routines, it would use fake squad cars equipped with lights and sirens to stop their prey at gunpoint, handcuff them and haul them away, authorities say. Interrogations and torture were conducted at dingy hideouts referred to as “huecos,” Spanish for “hole.”

That is one enterprising young man. I am actually impressed myself. Part of me is happy that the victims of his crimes were other criminals (except the families).

Same stuff was going on in Florida after El Mariel set anchor (boat full of Cuban refugees). But in this scenario, these were actual police men.

Funny you say actual police because during the 80s think early 80s when Miami was a West World owned by Drug lords complete police precincts were fired,arrested as were countless politicians and judges.

Due to the volume and embarrassment to Miami most cut deals and didnt go to jail .

It was the FBI and ONLY the FBI who cleaned up the mess . Ofcourse you had good cops who worked with them but so many bad cops that the FBI did close to everything .

The border is open today because of the same political corruption but ofcourse people are smarter now and deposited money out of America is impossible to trace .

The Border patrol isnt corrupt they are risking their lives doing the impossible while politicians do everything in their power to make their lives miserable in the hopes that many just stop doing their job.

The border guards in prison now while drug dealers go free are a slap in the face of all border guards and has sent a loud message .

Its VERY EASY to buy off politicians ,border states DA's,Judges,etc . The money in the drug business is huge and its no secreet in Latin America even some comedys skits mock Americas politicians .

Yet the media here doesnt want to even suggest its possible

Agreed. The only thing worse than our government's mistreatment of the honorable men and women trying to protect our borders is their misuse and mistreatment of the brave men and women of our military.

Here's hoping the bowels of poverty and hell awaits every traitor in our government.
