Yeah, based on your 'vendido' comment I'm sure that 'coconut' is high on your list of adjectives for me.
Guess what? I don't give a rip what you think of me, and to be frank your approval isn't on my 'needs' list. I'm an equal-opportunity basher, and race-based hustlers like David Duke, Jesse Jackson and Janet Murguia all get my disrespect. IA apologists like yourself who feel that ethnicity is more important than citizenship rank especially low on my list.
You need to stay in the barrio, amigo, and keep making excuses for your gun-toting cholos. I know, it's all Whitey's fault, keep singing that song, somebody's bound to give you a listen sooner or later.
Hey, its a free country. I dont care what people think of me either, but from this heated post, I'd guess you care a little.
And apparently, youve been listening to my "song" quite a bit.

Heated?? Where on Earth did you get THAT adjective? I've been laughing at you for WEEKS, and nothing you've said today has removed my smile. You're so busy making up excuses for illegal losers and hunting around these posts for some perceived slight it's NO WONDER you get your words confused.

Sorry that "barrio" talk slips in. Like they say, always leave them laughing.
I already said you win, Guy, haha.
I would like to have my perceptions changed, but I have not seen Hispanics speaking out against illegal aliens. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

i don't understand what you're trying to say. How are these hispanic-americans "racist" ? And what do the terms "coconut" and "twinkie" have to do with this debate? This has nothing to do with being hispanic or being white; it has to do with illegal immigration.

Believe it or not -- but it's true, one of the brighter illegals living here was saying that maybe amnesty wouldn't be the best thing at least if it let hordes of Central Americans in because they will accept pay lower than the Mexicans will. He felt his job could actually be in jeopardy with amnesty because so many family members and new illegals will be showing up.
I think many hispanics haven't really thought out the consequences. If they are made legal, then who will want to hire them because they'd have to be paid according to the labor and wage laws. That defeats the whole point of having them. What most illegal employers would do is just start bringing in new batches.
Haven't you ever heard the term 'coconut'? Brown on the outside, white on the inside? It's the favorite term for Hispanics who don't support illegal aliens. I'm sure it's been muttered at me more than once...
Asian ethnocentrics have one, too. 'Twinkie'...
i am hispanic who lives in NM and the majority of hispnics i know in the thousands despise illegals. Just cuz we have speak a similar spanish doesnt mean we want arrogant nasty people invading our country. we are americans too. actually my amcestors came here around the same time as columbus

The "racism" card is nothing but a desperate attempt to take the focus off the REAL problem.
I hear that everyday. If you want illegals out, you're racist. Illegals are here because they want a better life for their families. They do the jobs Americans won't do. They are hardworking people.
BLAH BLAH BLAH.
The bottom line is: no matter what your sob story is, if you came here illegally, you need to stop whinning and leave. But of course that won't happen. Where else can you get freebies this country has to offer?
Illegals are here because they broke the law. They crossed our border under false pretenses or they paid coyotes to sneak them across our border under the cover of darkness. They should go home and start the process legally before they are deported and become a permanent Persona Non Gratis.
It makes no difference why they came or what they want, they sneak across for profit and personal gain. Millions of American dollars cross the Rio Grande every year. It does not go into the American economy. Most of it supports Mexico.
It is a scam and nothing more.
Anyone who thinks I am harsh should look at the penalty of illegal immigration in Mexico, Cuba and some of the other third world countries. It is a real eye-opener. These poor, poor, pitiful people who whine, do it for a reason. It is not to benefit America. It is to support a foreign govoernment. These are not hard working honorable people.
Factually there is 2 or more generations of illegals still living in Chicago that arrived in the 60's or earlier. The same in LA and probably NYC. This is a problem of sixty years or longer, We are the 3-4 generation to pay for it. Now is the time to stop. It is not any better, it is worse and there is no longer any Congressional rug big enough to sweep it under.
